💢 won't draw

> content promoting upsetting/problematic dynamics
(most commonly labelled proship / incest, pedophilia, etc.)
> promoting hate towards any person or group
> vehicles, mecha
> very detailed backgrounds
> irl people from photo reference (drawn is fine, ie. mascot/sona)
> extreme violence/gore
> fanart for media i'm personally uncomfortable with (primarily vivziepop related media + south park, but there are others!)
> hard nsfw, i'm not comfortable w drawing the parts :,)
suggestive/kink is ok from 18+ users WITHIN my own comfort/ability.
> i have the right to refuse any commission prompt that
i'm not comfortable drawing.

💲 payment

payment is 100% upfront on most commissions for simplicity
+ my own safety, but for pieces over $50 USD i can split the payment into half
before + after the sketch is finished.
i can accept payment via paypal or ko-fi.

✏️ revisions

no major revisions after sketch phase is is completed and agreed upon
(edits to pose, design, etc!!) minor edits are allowed after that point.
i am able to edit the final image if i made a mistake, please contact me
before a week after the comm is finished and i'd be happy to edit it!

✅ deadlines

commissions typically take around 1 month depending on complexity.
i struggle with mental/physical health due to my real life situation/disability
issues and prioritize doing what i can to make myself happy and healthy,
but will get your art to you as soon as i can !!
you are always free to ask for updates, but please note frequent requests may stress
me out and cause the commission to take longer in turn.commissions with a large number of characters/detail will most likely also take longer than expected, please be aware of this if you need something done before a certain deadline.

👍 usage

> you may make edits to my art, such as
adding filters/stickers/chopping up for tweening/etc.
> you may not use any of my art for any ai generation datasets,
use ai editing filters on my art, or use any my art for any other current
or future form of artificial intelligence.
> any public use (ie. pfp/banner/toyhouse/artfight/etc)
requires credit if applicable. you do not have to put my name everywhere, just
mention me if someone asks. my art tumblr is my preferred link for credit, but my other socials are okay too.
> you may not use my art to promote hateful ideals directed towards any group of people (ie. homophobia, transphobia, racism, ableism, body-shaming.)
>do not claim my art as your own.
you ARE allowed to trace/copy my art for learning purposes as
long as you do not publicly share it.
> please let me know if you aren't comfortable having your commission be
used as an example on my vgen, toyhouse, etc.

💸 refunds

no refunds can be processed after the sketch phase is
completed. i will refund as soon as i possibly can!

💬 communication

communication is via vgen messages or toyhouse dms.
you're always free to ask for updates,
but frequent requests may stress me out and cause me
to take longer (‾◡◝)
